GSA 8(a) Stars II
Pyramid Alliance is pleased to offer the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) II Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle, which can be utilized by federal government clients when purchasing technology solutions from Pyramid Alliance. The 8(a) STARS II GWAC is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing information technology (IT) services or IT services-based solutions for the federal government. The 8(a) STARS II program is reserved exclusively for qualifying certified 8(a) small business concerns as the prime contractors per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.8.

Government clients can order IT services under this multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracting vehicle by means of task orders with specifically defined requirements, deliverable products and schedules. Directed task orders up to $4 million each are allowed for federal civilian and Department of Defense activities. Orders over $4 million are competed amongst industry partners in the chosen constellation and functional area.

Supplies and services furnished under this contract can be ordered through GSA Form 300, Standard Form 1449 or DD Form 1155.
